Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing, opening, registering for, or using SingleLink - Connect & Chat, you agree to these Terms and any incorporated policies. If you do not accept them, do not access or use the service.

2. Adult eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction. Minors are not eligible, accounts may not be created for minors, and age or identity information must not be falsified.

3. Account responsibility

Keep registration information accurate, protect login credentials, and accept responsibility for activity through your account. Suspected unauthorized use should be reported promptly to [email protected].

4. Limited license

Subject to ongoing compliance with these Terms, Circuita Technology Limited gives you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use the service for its intended purposes.

5. User content and behavior

You are responsible for messages and all other user content you submit, upload, post, or transmit. You must have the legal right to provide it and must respect the rights and privacy of others.

Users must not engage in or distribute material involving:

• unlawful, deceptive, misleading, infringing, hateful, abusive, or exploitative conduct;
• harassment, threats, stalking, extortion, impersonation, scams, or fraud;
• privacy violations, malicious interference, or unauthorized commercial activity;
• child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or any prohibited involvement of minors; or
• attempts to evade access controls, moderation, security, or enforcement measures.

6. Review and moderation

Automated systems and human review may be used to identify suspected abuse, fraud, safety risks, and Terms violations. We may remove content, seek verification, limit functionality, suspend accounts, or permanently revoke access when reasonably appropriate. We do not undertake to review every item or interaction.

7. Paid offerings

If subscriptions, paid functions, or in-app purchases are made available, applicable prices, billing periods, benefits, and renewal information will be presented before purchase. App-store or payment-provider rules may also apply. Unless law requires otherwise, charges are generally non-refundable after a transaction is completed or a billing period begins.

8. Ownership and restrictions

The service, software, brand, interfaces, and operator-provided materials are owned by Circuita Technology Limited or its licensors. Applicable intellectual property laws protect them. Except as law expressly allows, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or derive works from the service.

9. Termination

You may discontinue use at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account for a Terms violation, safety or legal risk, harmful conduct, or operational necessity. Rights and obligations that should reasonably survive termination will remain effective.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SingleLink - Connect & Chat is supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous availability, freedom from errors, compatibility with every device or network, or a specific connection, friendship, or matching result.

11. Liability limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Circuita Technology Limited and its affiliates, personnel, contractors, licensors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages related to the service. Where a monetary cap is lawful, total liability will not exceed the amount the claimant paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Circuita Technology Limited and related parties against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your content, misuse, breach of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

13. Governing law

Hong Kong law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent legally allowed, disputes concerning these Terms or the service will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

14. Changes

These Terms may be updated when the service, operational needs, or legal requirements change. The updated document will display its effective date and may be published in the application or through an associated page.
